The Truckee Retreat

The Truckee Retreat brings a polished, mountain modern sensibility to a newly completed home that needed the final layer of warmth, comfort, and character. With the architecture and construction already in place, Morgan developed an upgraded lighting, furnishings, and decor package that softened the home’s strong stone, wood, and steel elements while enhancing its alpine setting. Layered leather seating, textured rugs, sculptural lighting, tailored upholstery, rustic woods, and collected accessories create a refined but relaxed atmosphere throughout the open living spaces, loft, and bedrooms. The result is a home that feels complete and intentional, balancing the clean lines of a modern retreat with the warmth and comfort expected from a mountain escape.
